Production Days
How many days would you like me to be involved in your project?
Depending on the scope and schedule, one or more production days may be appropriate. Please indicate your current estimate – this can be adjusted later if needed.
Type of Production
Over the years, I’ve identified two typical types of photo productions:
A. Event. Here, the images are created spontaneously on site – often with little direction and a high level of self-organization. Fewer photos are produced, which keeps post-production time relatively low.
B. Editorial. These productions follow a clear concept, often supported by an art director or editor. Motifs are pre-planned (e.g. with a shot list), making the process highly efficient and resulting in a large number of usable images. Preparation and post-production are correspondingly more involved.
Usage Duration
The licensing is based on a “Rights-Ready” model: usage is generally unrestricted in time and purpose.
Nevertheless, you indicate here how long the primary usage period will be – e.g. 1, 2, or 5 years. This helps me assess the economic value and intended visibility of the images.
Extended Usage
Some projects require additional usage rights. These options are available for projects with wider distribution or commercial goals:
A. Public Relations (PR) & Social Media. This includes the right to share the material with third parties – e.g. for editorial coverage of your company or event.
B. Advertising & Sales. The images are intended to directly support your commercial goals – e.g. in campaigns, ads, or platforms. If my work contributes to measurable financial success, this will be reflected in the licensing model.
